You may feel or fear that the others are watching you or speaking ill of you. Most of the time, this is not true. Like yourself, they have themselves and their own affairs to worry about.

Avoid worrying about the impression you make on people:

If you are painfully anxious to please everybody, you will never enjoy life. Moose people do not even notice the little defects in your looks dress or behaviour. Besides have you ever asked yourself what could happen if you did not impress the other? Certainly nothing terrible would happen. And yet, some of you make yourselves miserable by constantly worrying about the impression you make on others.

Do not make it a habit to complain to your friends:

Constant complaining can bore anyone. If you enjoy being the person you are, try to see the brighter aspects of life and you will be a happier person. You will radiate joy and people will like having you around.
